The BBC follows Christina's journey

This week we had BBC Northern Ireland filming a trip with our driver, Christina Hughes.

If you were on the road you might have seen the truck with all of thecameras attached. Christina was being interviewed on her journey to Deeside this week to give an insight to the public about what it's like to be a Truck Driver between Mainland UK and Northern Ireland.

Christina's segment will appear in Belfast Harbour: Cruises, Cranes & Cargo.

The show is set to air on Tuesday 14th April 2020 on BBC 1 NI at 22.45.

The piece is a 3 part documentary about Belfast Port with a focus on the businesses and people who use it. The one-man Camera Crew shared a cab with Christina from our Portadown Headquarters to her delivery location on the mainland.

The documentary is set to air in Spring this year so keep an eye out for the young driver telling her story.
